Nested evidence stays explicit
The data dictionary defines every source, shelf, entity, funded, orientation, scenario, and state field. CSV exports preserve arrays and objects as JSON text so a flat row does not erase meaning.
The build does not create reuse permission
Rung-owned original text, charts, and copyrightable dataset contributions are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Credit Rung Financial, link to the source and license, and identify changes. Third-party text, images, logos, source documents, and data rights are excluded unless separately identified as covered. No endorsement is implied. Source-clearance and publication review remain separate.
Do not redistribute the candidate download package until that record is complete.
